REFORMER PILATES

Reformer Pilates is a dynamic and versatile form of Pilates as it adds resistance to the Pilates exercises via the use of the reformer itself. Our experienced trainers will take you through a repertoire of exercises that will aid in building muscle and increasing stability and mobility through your body.

 

Reformer Pilates is also a great rehab tool, allowing clients to exercise in a horizonal plane of motion, instead of being vertical and weight loading through their legs.
 

Reformer Pilates is a unique and popular form of training and is an effective way to train for all age groups. One of the fastest growing forms of exercise, it's no surprise people get hooked after just one class.

PILATES

Mat Pilates involves performing fun body-weight exercises and movements low to the ground. Pilates combines exercises to promote strength, stability, and flexibility throughout the body.

Our Pilates Mat classes are taught by experienced Pilates instructors and is a great way to challenge yourself and get a great workout.

YOGA

Yoga can be for just about anyone. Yoga is a mind and body practice focusing on physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation.

Yoga is one of the most beneficial forms of exercise for both your body and your mind. Whether it is restorative and relaxing Yin or a deeper and more challenging Vinyasa. Yoga has everything you need to build core stability, flexibility and relax your mind. 

IGNITE

Ignite will be challenge you in the areas of strength or cardio or both. Test you strength and fitness in this low impact workout created to increase your heartrate and feel your muscle burn.

By blending years of experience in delivering weight based and cardio based classes, with the balance, core stability and principals of Pilates, this is a class like no other. 

 

And a class that will leave you wanting to come back for more!

PRE/POST NATAL

Our Pre and Post Natal Reformer classes are thoughtfully designed to support women through pregnancy and beyond. Led by experienced instructors, these sessions are tailored to help you build strength, improve posture, relieve tension, and prepare your body for the physical demands of motherhood.

Whether you're in your second trimester or recently postpartum, these classes focus on functional movement, breathwork, pelvic floor awareness, and gentle core activation — all in a welcoming environment where you're supported every step of the way.

We keep our group sizes small to ensure you receive personalised attention, modifications, and a pace that suits your body’s needs. This is your time to move mindfully, safely, and with a community of like-minded women.

MUMS (DADS) & BUBS

Our Mums, Dads & Bubs Reformer classes are designed for parents ready to return to movement — without needing to leave their little one behind.

These sessions provide a welcoming and supportive space where you can rebuild strength, improve posture, and boost your energy, all while your baby stays close.

We encourage you to bring your bub along!Whether they’re playing, sleeping, or needing a cuddle mid-session, you’re surrounded by an understanding community of parents who just get it.

These classes focus on functional movement, core and pelvic floor support, and helping you feel good in your body again — all at your pace, with no pressure and plenty of encouragement.
