Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout that uses spring resistance to build strength, improve flexibility and support better movement. Suitable for all experience levels, each class helps improve core strength, posture, balance and mobility while being gentle on the joints.

Mat Pilates

Build strength, improve posture and develop greater body awareness through controlled, low-impact movement. Mat Pilates focuses on core strength, stability and mobility to help you move better in everyday life.

Do I need experience?

No. Beginners are welcome, and our instructors will guide you through each class.

When does the trial start?

Purchase whenever you wish as the trial doesn't start until you book your first class.
 

What should I wear?

Comfortable activewear and grip socks.
 

What if I’m not fit?

That’s completely okay. Our classes are layered so you can work at your own level.
 

How long are classes?

Most classes run for 45 minutes.
 

Can I use different Awaken locations?

Yes, Awaken members have access across Awaken locations.
